This lower collar was removed from a 1967 Mustang with a floor shift. It is in good shape and comes with the two screws to attach it to the upper collar.
This lower collar will also work with a C3AA-3511DW (Galaxie), and a C5DA-3511AW (Mustang) upper collars. This 1967 lower collar appears to be dimensionally the same as the 1963 lower collar but has an internal rib and a small hole near the upper edge.
